INDIVIDUAL EXTENDED DISC ANALYSIS
Awareness and understanding of one’s own behaviour in specific situations is the key to personal development. The Extended DISC individual analysis, in the form of a report for the respondent, contains a description of natural predispositions and talents which can be used to develop one’s potential and acquire new skills.
Extended DISC analyses use as a theoretical basis the four-zone model of human behaviour commonly known as DISC. It distinguishes between four dominant behavioural styles represented by a characteristic colour (red, yellow, green, blue). The model draws on Carl Gustav Jung’s theory and is a very clear way of describing and analysing an individual’s natural way of reacting to environmental stimuli.
Similarily to experienced organisations investing in employee development, the Extended DISC analysis can also be used individually.

Extended DISC describes i.a.:
- natural behavioural style and communication style
- need to adapt - a subjective sense of how one's behaviour should or should be adapted to the environment
- decision-making style
- the respondent's strengths, potential and talents
- what motivates and what demotivates the person
A report with an analysis of a person’s predispositions and talents is generated based on the answers given in an online questionnaire by the respondent.
I am a certified Extended DISC consultant and, along with providing the report, I will conduct a feedback session for you.
