I make every effort to ensure that the processing of personal data takes place in compliance with the legislation governing the protection of privacy.

1.4 The provision of personal data is entirely voluntary and is not obligatory for the use of the website. Nevertheless in certain cases the provision of personal data or the granting of consent to its processing will be necessary for the use of functionalities such as the contact form. 2.1 Your personal data is processed for the following purposes and detailed grounds, namely I process the following personal data:

2.1.1. your first name, surname, company name, position and email address for the purposes of electronic communication, including via the contact form on the website or telephone communication on the basis of the Administrator’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),

2.1.2. name and e-mail address for the purpose of sending and handling the newsletter on the basis of the newsletter service agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),

2.1.3. first name, last name, email address, bank account number, mailing address for the purpose of servicing the contract for the provision of digital content or services (Lead Magnet) against payment of a price on the basis of the newsletter service contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),

2.1.4. first name, last name, email address, bank account number, mailing address for the performance of accounting, tax obligations arising in connection with the contract for the provision of digital content or services (Lead Magnet) against payment of a price (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR),

2.1.5. name or other data indicated on a social media profile as public for the purpose of social media services on the basis of the Administrator’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),

2.1.6. personal data mentioned above for the purpose of establishing, investigating or defending against possible claims that may be related to the provision of services – on the basis of the Administrator’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Contact form.

3.1 The website makes it possible to contact me by means of a contact form.

3.2 Making contact via the form requires the provision of the following personal data: name, surname, company name, position and e-mail address. The provision of this personal data is voluntary, but necessary in order to use the form.

3.3 The contact form is a convenient way for you to contact me; if you indicate questions or a request for a specific offer, this will shorten the response time and improve communication.

3.4 I do not use the personal information you provide in the contact form for other purposes, such as marketing.

4. Period of processing of personal data.

4.1.2. the dispatch of the newsletter until the service is cancelled, and thereafter for the period necessary to establish, investigate or defend against possible claims under the relevant legislation, 

4.1.3. the handling of the contract for the provision of Lead Magnet against payment of the price until the execution of the aforementioned contract, and thereafter for the period necessary for the establishment, investigation or defending against possible claims, resulting from the relevant laws,

4.1.4 the performance of accounting, tax obligations arising in connection with the contract for the provision of digital content or accounting (Lead Magnet) for the payment of the Price until the purpose is fulfilled, and thereafter for the period necessary to establish, investigate or defend against possible claims, resulting from the relevant laws,

4.1.5. the handling of social media until such time as this purpose is fulfilled, e.g. responding, and thereafter for the period necessary to establish, investigate or defend against possible claims under the relevant legislation.

5. Cookies and similar category technologies.

5.1 My website uses cookies and technologies of similar categories (hereinafter “Cookies”).
