Coaching & Training

My name is Marta Füchtenhans.

I am an ICF accredited coach at Professional Certified Coach level, a business trainer and a certified Extended DISC consultant. For more than a dozen years I worked in international organizations such as EY (formerly: Ernst & Young), Franklin Templeton Investments and the United Nations in Vienna. I am happy to share this professional experience in  coaching processes, trainings and workshops with my Clients.

I love working with people. My mission is to motivate, develop and support people in becoming a better version of themselves.

"Flow" is happiness that gives
a sense of satisfaction.

*according to the author of the concept Mihály Csíkszentmihályi

Being “in flow” means being in a state of engaged attention that gives a sense of satisfaction.

One of the best ways to achieve the state of “flow” is via learning and coaching processes that initiate and expand self-awareness.
